When will my order arrive?
We usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to Switzerland and Germany usually takes 1 to 2 business days, to the EU 5 to 10 business days and to the USA 2 to 5 business days with DHL Express. Can additional taxes or customs fees apply?
Yes. Depending on the delivery country, customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply, including for deliveries to the USA. These charges are payable separately to the carrier or customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Shipping policy
What is your returns policy?

What is the difference between ANIMA and ODUS?
They are our two lines. Both are Extrait de Parfum, a particularly concentrated form of perfume. ANIMA has a 25% concentration and eight fragrances: Masar, Vitias, Tierra, Amoral, Mansa, Naki, Kama and Otimo. ODUS has a 30% concentration and six fragrances: Anelo, Luvani, Yuma, Poka, Oudian and Melos. Fragrances
Which sizes are available?
Every fragrance comes as a 50 ml bottle and as a 7.5 ml travel size for on the go. To get to know them, there are Discovery Sets with 2 ml samples. Discovery Sets
How long does a fragrance last?
That depends on your skin, the weather and the fragrance. Our fragrances have a 25% or 30% concentration, more than a typical eau de parfum. The best way to find out is to wear a fragrance for a whole day, for example from a Discovery Set. Discovery Sets
